2013 Paddle Canada FW Intro to Sea Kayaking: 1-Day 'Women's Only' Certified Course

Our Most Popular Course with a twist... Sea Kayaking from a 'Woman's Perspective, no men allowed... SORRY BOYS!
It's the same comprehensive 8- hour Flat water Introduction to Sea Kayaking Course as the co-ed version, we simply put emphasis on women's special paddling needs. You will learn the fundamentals of Sea Kayaking theories, strokes, rescues and recovery skills and many students return each season to continue improving. Women are extremely well suited to the sport of sea kayaking as paddling skills are more about technique and less about muscle mass, height and upper body strength. Frontenac Outfitters On-Water Kayak Centre provides a beautiful, serene environment for women to develop & refine their techniques.
